Expression of Interest (EOI) for EuroPride 2023 Bar Set-Up, Operation, and Dismantling Services
EuroPride 2023 is an important event celebrating diversity and promoting equality for the LGBTQ+ community. As part of the festivities, we are seeking experienced and reliable suppliers to provide Bar Set-Up, Operation, and Dismantling Services in two separate and distinct areas: Pjazza Tritoni and Fosos in Floriana.
Expression of Interest Submission:
Interested suppliers are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for EuroPride 2023 Bar Set-Up, Operation, and Dismantling Services as per the document attached.
Submission Address:
The application needs to be sent by Wednesday 16th August at noon (12.00pm) to: ‘Allied Rainbow Communities, 19, Triq San Mark, Valletta – VLT1362’.
Each application must be also submitted via email to [email protected] by Wednesday 16th August at noon (12.00pm). The email subject should be: ‘Offer for Bars at Pride Village and Main Concert’.
The Selection Process will be carried out by a specifically set Adjudication Board created by Allied Rainbow Communities.

This EOI does not constitute a commitment or a contract between the organizing committee and the suppliers. It serves as an invitation for suppliers to express their interest in providing the mentioned services.
The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject any EOI without providing any explanation.
